Shipping Policy
Rightpure is committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time as promised during your purchase on our website. We ship at locations served by our channel partners: DTDC, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Delhivery, Bluedart.
SECTION 1 - SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are calculated based upon the final weight and dimensions of the package.
SECTION 2 - DELIVERY PROCESS
Every product is thoroughly inspected and checked upon order receipt. After passing a final quality check, products are carefully packaged and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. These reputable partners ensure timely delivery. We maintain a high delivery success rate, and our partners typically contact the recipient before attempting delivery.
Order processing time at Rightpure is usually 12 hours, followed by an additional 4 to 6 business days for delivery. These timelines may vary during sales, festive seasons, or national holidays.
SECTION 3 - ORDER STATUS
You can track your order status in the "My Orders" section of your account on our website, or by contacting our support team at info@rightpure.in.
SECTION 4 - ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and courier information. You can track your package 24 hours after dispatch from our warehouse.
SECTION 5 - PACKAGE ARRIVAL
If your package appears tampered or damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and immediately report it to our support team at info@rightpure.in or call us at (+91) 9665737477 between 10 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
