Rightpure Refund Policy

At Rightpure, we stand behind the quality of our cleaning products and chemicals. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please review the following policy for returns and refunds.

RETURNS

Rightpure products are packed and sent in double-sealed packs after thorough inspection. Rightpure does not accept returns of the products. However, if a product is found damaged in transit due to unforeseen circumstances, you may contact the customer care number or e-mail for suitable resolution.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if your order is incomplete, missing items, or contains the wrong product, please request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our team will review your request and assist you according to the policy applicable to your order. Upon receiving the returned product in the required condition, we will process your refund or replacement.
